Refund policy

Sun Rising offer one year guarantee from delivery date. Prototype cost will be returned back to our customer if the samples are not be satisfied and remaking samples are not needed. Products’ amount will be returned back to our customers if products do not match confirmed samples and reproducing is not requested or during one year’s guarantee, silver line become brittle and broken in membrane switch or keys are broken.
