FPC & PCB MEMBRANE SWITCH

FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit board) or PCB (Rigid Printed Circuit Board) instead of silver flexible circuitry as bottom circuitry, we name that FPC membrane switch or PCB membrane switch.

1. FPC membrane switch:

FPC includes 1 mil up and bottom PI, 1 oz pressed copper foil and 1.5 mil immersion gold. Usual thickness is 0.135 mm.

FPC is better than silver circuitry. FPC can resist high temperature of 280 degrees and it’s resistance is low, only 20% of silver circuitry’s resistance; furthermore, LED soldered on FPC is more reliable than that glued on silver circuitry. Therefore, If there are many LEDs, environment’s temperature is high, or tail is very long, we can use FPC as below circuitry.

2. PCB membrane switch:

FR4 is from famous “Kingboard”, 1 oz pressed copper foil and 1.5 mil immersion gold. Usual thickness is 1.0 mm.

Lead Time

There is express time of 4-6 business days. Prototyping time is usually 7-10 days, producing time is 10-20 days based on order size and our orders’ situation. In conclusion, you are guessed to receive your products within 20-30 days after you place order to us. Additionally, if your order is urgent, please let us know in advance, we will give priority to your order.

Refund policy

Sun Rising offer one year guarantee from delivery date. Prototype cost will be returned back to our customer if the samples are not be satisfied and remaking samples are not needed. Products’ amount will be returned back to our customers if products do not match confirmed samples and reproducing is not requested or during one year’s guarantee, silver line become brittle and broken in membrane switch or keys are broken.
