To ensure proper function and longevity of your membrane switch:

Always mount the switch on a flat, even surface.

Pay close attention to avoid trapping any dirt or air beneath the switch.

Take care not to bend the switch excessively during installation; maintain a bending angle of 15 degrees or less.

If a keypad is misaligned on the backer plate, it should be removed and discarded. Do not attempt to reposition or reuse a previously applied keypad.

When replacing a keypad, ensure the backer plate is completely free of any old adhesive residue before applying the new one.

Sun Rising offer one year guarantee from delivery date. Prototype cost will be returned back to our customer if the samples are not be satisfied and remaking samples are not needed. Products’ amount will be returned back to our customers if products do not match confirmed samples and reproducing is not requested or during one year’s guarantee, silver line become brittle and broken in membrane switch or keys are broken.
